Castles to Let offers a Fully Managed Service giving you total peace of mind knowing everything is taken care of professionally and efficiently and personally managed. Our service includes:

We can also offer a Let Only Service - We will find and vet a suitable tenant and prepare the Tenancy Agreement, but thereafter the Landlord will be responsible for the management of the property and collection of rent. *Available at an additional cost if required.  The inventory will be completed at both tenant check-in and check out to ensure that the property is left in the same condition it was when your tenant moved in.  This will aid greatly in any disputes arising about the return of deposits.

We fully vet all of our prospective tenants using a national credit referencing agency so you know that the quality of the tenant will meet your expectations.  Failure to carry out checks such as this may prove to spell financial disaster for you in the future.  We can also offer you the opportunity to insure your property and the rent received at an additional cost so that you will always have piece of mind.

Furthermore, at Castles to Let it is our business to ensure that both the Landlord and Tenant are happy, and whilst you carry out your day to day activities, on our fully managed package, we will take care of the day to day elements of the rental.  Including all liaising with the tenants on your behalf
